Role description

Senior Java Developer – EMM & SSIS Experience 6+ years of experience in Java backend development, with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and enterprise application customization. Core Development Skills • Strong experience in Java development (Java 8 or higher). • Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Java-based backend development. • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, design patterns, and microservices architecture. • Experience designing and developing REST APIs and backend services. • Experience customizing and extending Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) platforms/applications to meet business requirements. • Ability to understand existing enterprise application architecture and implement customizations without impacting existing functionality. • Solid experience with JSON, XML, RESTful APIs, and system integrations. • Strong SQL and relational database knowledge. EMM & Enterprise Integration • Hands-on experience working with Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) systems, including customization, configuration, extensions, and integration with other enterprise applications. • Experience understanding and implementing business workflows within EMM platforms. • Experience integrating EMM with internal enterprise systems and third-party applications. • Ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing EMM implementations and backend services. SSIS & Data Integration • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and backend data integration workflows. • Experience working with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data movement between enterprise systems. • Understanding of data transformation, validation, mapping, and error handling. • Experience working with SQL Server and database-driven integrations.



• Ability to troubleshoot existing SSIS packages/jobs and support enhancements or modifications. Cloud & Modern Backend Technologies • Experience with Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform. • Experience developing and deploying cloud-based backend services. • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage. • Understanding of CI/CD and enterprise application deployment practices. AI & Modern Integration – Nice to Have • Exposure to AI/GenAI integration within enterprise applications. • Experience integrating backend applications with AI services or APIs. • Understanding of how AI capabilities can be incorporated into existing enterprise workflows. Nice to Have • Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications and legacy system modernization. • Experience with enterprise marketing, campaign management, customer engagement, or related business processes. • Experience with Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus, or similar services. • Experience with containerized applications using Docker/Kubernetes. • Experience working in Agile development environments. • Experience troubleshooting and enhancing existing production applications.
