Stipend: ₹15,000 + ₹1,500 DBT
11 Months contract post that based on performance full time role will be offered.

Roles and Responsibility

· Register eligible employees under the ESIC scheme.

· Generate and update ESIC numbers for employees.

· Maintain employee ESIC records and documentation.

· Process ESIC-related claims such as sickness, maternity, temporary disability, and dependent benefits.

· Coordinate with employees, hospitals, dispensaries, and ESIC offices for claim settlements.





· Handle ESIC inspections and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

· Prepare and submit ESIC reports and returns within prescribed timelines.

· Monitor employee eligibility and contribution details.

· Resolve employee queries related to ESIC benefits and claims.

· Maintain accurate MIS reports and compliance records.

· Liaise with internal HR, payroll, and operations teams for ESIC-related activities.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Pay: Up to ₹16,500.00 per month
