Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Listing Management

· Create, update, and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and other marketplaces.

· Manage product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, attributes, and category-specific requirements.

· Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve listing visibility and conversion.

· Ensure listings follow marketplace SEO guidelines and content policies.

· Manage product variations, parent-child relationships, bundles, and catalog corrections.

· Coordinate A+ Content, Brand Store, Enhanced Content, and infographic requirements with internal creative teams.

· Perform listing audits to identify content gaps, compliance issues, and optimization opportunities.

Marketplace Operations Management

· Manage day-to-day marketplace operations including inventory monitoring, pricing updates, and catalog health.

· Track and resolve listing suppression, stranded inventory, policy violations, and account health issues.





· Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with clients for stock updates.

· Support marketplace compliance requirements including documentation, certifications, and category-specific regulations.

· Manage cases with marketplace support teams and ensure timely resolution.

· Monitor order-related issues, fulfillment performance, cancellations, and customer experience metrics.

· Maintain operational trackers and provide regular updates to internal teams and clients.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
