Hiring: Backend Executive – Air Ticketing

About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Executive – Air Ticketing with an interest in the aviation and travel industry. Freshers with relevant aviation education, internships, or basic ticketing knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle backend activities related to air ticketing and flight bookings
- Assist with PNR creation, booking, cancellation, reissue, and refunds
- Coordinate with internal teams for ticketing-related queries and updates
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records
- Ensure timely processing of assigned ticketing tasks

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in aviation, travel, or air ticketing




- Graduate with an Aviation/Travel & Tourism background preferred
- Freshers with relevant aviation internships are welcome
- Basic knowledge of air ticketing and GDS will be an advantage
- Valuable communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working from office and in rotational shifts
