JOB DESCRIPTION – PLACEMENT OFFICER

The Placement Officer will be responsible for managing the complete placement process of students, from career preparation to successful job placement. The role requires solid communication, student-handling, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide students in CV/Resume preparation, updating, and customization according to job requirements.
- Conduct and coordinate mock interview sessions to prepare students for actual interviews.
- Provide interview preparation, career guidance, and placement training.
- Handle and mentor students throughout the placement process and address their queries and concerns.
- Identify suitable job vacancies and placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate with companies, HR teams, and recruiters regarding job openings and recruitment requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and selection processes.
- Shortlist and recommend suitable candidates based on company requirements.




- Maintain regular follow-up with students regarding interviews, selection, offer letters, and joining.
- Maintain accurate records of student profiles, applications, interviews, selections, and placements.
- Conduct placement-related activities such as group discussions, aptitude preparation, communication sessions, and interview practice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruitment partners.
- Collect feedback from students and employers and continuously improve placement support.
- Prepare regular placement reports and performance updates for management.
- Achieve assigned placement targets and contribute towards improving the overall placement success rate.

Required Skills: Excellent communication, student handling, counselling, coordination, networking, follow-up, recruitment knowledge, and strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
