StayQR is a modern hotel operations and guest-experience platform designed for independent hotels. The platform connects front desk operations, reservations, rooms, housekeeping, guest management, billing, food and service operations and QR-powered guest experiences through one system. We are looking for confident Sales Executives who can meet hotel owners and managers across Nagpur, understand their operational requirements and professionally present how StayQR can improve their hotel workflow. During the initial market-launch phase, the StayQR founder/team will support final commercial discussions and customer onboarding. The first 30 days will be a performance-based evaluation period with no fixed salary. Key Responsibilities: Meet qualified hotel owners and managers in Nagpur; understand how the hotel currently manages reservations, rooms, staff, guests and billing; present the real StayQR product professionally; explain features relevant to the hotel's requirements; explain monthly and annual commercial options clearly; help interested hotels begin the 14-day trial; maintain accurate meeting notes and customer status; follow up with interested and trial customers; coordinate final commercial discussions with the StayQR team; and maintain professional conduct while representing StayQR. First-Month Compensation The initial 30 days are performance-based and there is no fixed salary during this period. You can earn: ₹150 for every completed and approved qualified hotel product presentation/meeting. 10% commission on the first annual subscription amount successfully collected from a customer handled by you. Reasonable local travel support will be provided for approved customer meetings within Nagpur. Annual commission examples:



Starter Annual — ₹9,999 → approximately ₹1,000 Growth Annual — ₹24,999 → approximately ₹2,500 Scale Annual — ₹49,999 → approximately ₹5,000 If the same Sales Executive independently generates the customer opportunity and successfully manages the complete sales process, the total conversion incentive may be up to 20% of the first annual subscription amount, subject to StayQR's qualification rules. Earning Opportunity: Strong performers can potentially earn ₹15,000+ per month through activity incentives and conversion commissions, depending on the number and value of successful annual-plan customers. This is an earning opportunity, not a guaranteed income. Who Should Apply: Candidates who are confident meeting business owners, have strong Hindi/Marathi communication, can explain digital products in simple language, understand customer problems, maintain professional presentation and follow-ups, and are comfortable travelling locally within Nagpur. Previous field-sales, hotel, SaaS or B2B experience is useful but not compulsory.
