​About Us:

Koolhomes is a leading real estate and construction company based in Pune. We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Advocate with strong local expertise to join our in-house legal team at our office in Camp, Pune.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Handle all types of land and property litigation, including suit for injunction, declaration, partition, land acquisition, revenue matters, and RERA disputes.

​Draft legal notices, replies, plaints, written statements, affidavits, and legal applications in both English and Marathi.

​Conduct title search, due diligence, and legal vetting for land acquisitions.

​Represent and coordinate on behalf of the company in District Courts, High Court, Revenue Courts (Tehsildar/Collector/SDO), and RERA tribunals.

​Liaise effectively with external senior counsels, land revenue officials, and government bodies.

​Key Qualifications & Requirements:





​Education: LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized university.

​Registration: Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.

​Experience: 2+ years of post-qualification experience in land litigation and real estate laws.

​Language Proficiency: Full fluency in Marathi (spoken, written, and reading legal terminology) is mandatory. Candidate must be fluent in Marathi typing and legal drafting.

​Land Record Expertise: Proficient in reading, interpreting, and analyzing official Marathi land documents (7/12 extracts, Ferfar/Mutation entries, City Survey maps, Akhiv Patrika).

​Solid knowledge of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (MLRC), Transfer of Property Act, RERA, and local property laws.

​Remuneration: As per industry standards (Commensurate with experience)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
