Job Description – Factory Helper

Position: Factory Helper
Department: Production

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in machine/component assembly and fitting work.
- Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing of metal components.
- Assist technicians and fabricators during production activities.
- Handle and shift materials, tools, and components as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area.
- Follow all factory safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Perform other production-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing/fabrication preferred; freshers can apply.
- Physically fit and willing to work on the factory floor.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools is an advantage.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
