Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, warehouse management, transportation planning, vendor coordination, and export documentation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international logistics, be capable of managing a team, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory movement
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents, and shipping lines
- Oversee export documentation — invoices, packing lists, Form A, COO, fumigation certificates, and other customs paperwork
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods, tracking shipments and resolving delays proactively
- Optimize logistics costs through route planning, vendor negotiation, and consolidation of shipments
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to align logistics schedules with business requirements
- Manage warehouse operations — stock accuracy, space utilization, and safety compliance
- Maintain logistics records, MIS reports,



and shipment tracking dashboards
- Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bills, and other statutory transport/export regulations
- Handle import/export documentation and liaise with customs house agents (CHA) as required
- Lead and manage the logistics team, including drivers, warehouse staff, and coordinators
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, freight cost per unit, and damage/loss rates
- Identify and implement process improvements for supply chain efficiency

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of domestic and international logistics, freight, and export-import processes
- Working knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and customs documentation
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/ERP software
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Valuable communication and team leadership skills
- Experience in a manufacturing/export company will be preferred

Qualification
Graduate/MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
