Hiring: SCM Manager – Automotive MNC

Location: Khed / Chakan, Pune

Experience: 8–10 Years

Industry: Automotive Manufacturing

Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Supply Chain Management activities including planning, procurement, inventory and logistics.

Handle PPC, material planning, supplier coordination and production material availability.

Monitor RM, WIP and finished goods inventory and optimize inventory levels.

Coordinate with suppliers, production, purchase, quality and logistics teams.

Ensure timely delivery of materials as per production requirements.

Monitor supplier performance, shortages, lead time and delivery schedules.

Drive cost reduction,



inventory optimization and supply chain improvement initiatives.

Develop and implement effective material planning and supply strategies.

Handle MIS, KPI tracking and SCM-related reports.

Preferred Experience

Automotive manufacturing experience

Sheet Metal / Seating / Seating Structure industry experience preferred

Strong knowledge of PPC, MRP, Inventory & Logistics

Experience in supplier management and material planning

Solid coordination and team-handling skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
