We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our security services company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, acquiring clients, developing corporate relationships, and generating contracts for security and facility management services.

⁠ ⁠Identify and approach potential clients requiring security guards, security supervisors, housekeeping and facility management services.

⁠ ⁠Generate new business through cold calling, networking, references, online research and direct client visits.

⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, hotels, residential complexes, hospitals, offices, factories, malls, institutions and other commercial establishments.

⁠ ⁠Understand clients’ security and manpower requirements and propose suitable service solutions.

⁠ ⁠Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits.

⁠ ⁠Prepare and follow up on quotations,



proposals and commercial negotiations.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the operations team to understand manpower requirements and service feasibility.

⁠ ⁠Follow up with prospective clients from initial enquiry through contract closure.

⁠ ⁠Maintain a database of prospects, leads, meetings, quotations and conversions.

⁠ ⁠Identify upcoming projects, tenders and contract opportunities.

⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

⁠ ⁠Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional services.

⁠ ⁠Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities.

⁠ ⁠Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads and business pipeline to management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
