Naxose Retail is hiring experienced Supermarket / Hypermarket Supervisors for our Kottayam operations. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant retail experience to manage day-to-day operations and team activities across different departments.

- Non-Food & Health & Beauty Supervisor
- Grocery / Food Supervisor
- Fruits & Vegetables (F&V;) Supervisor
- Front End Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily department operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and coordinate team members and allocate daily tasks.
- Monitor sales, stock availability, replenishment and product display.
- Ensure proper merchandising, pricing and department standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor customer service and resolve customer-related issues.
- Coordinate with Store Management and other departments.
- Monitor stock movement, damages, expiry and wastage where applicable.




- Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed.
- Prepare and maintain required department reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in a Supermarket, Hypermarket or Retail environment.
- Relevant experience in the respective department will be preferred.
- Good team-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage daily retail operations effectively.
- Customer-oriented approach and willingness to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
