**Experience:** 3–4 Years
**Brass Industry Experience: MUST**
**Qualification:** Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical
**Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month *(Based on experience & capability)*
### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
- QA/QC & **QMS Management**
- Knowledge of **ISO 9001 & IATF 16949**
- **APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D & CAPA**
- **GD&T; & CNC Machining Quality**
- Knowledge of **Metrology & Inspection Instruments**
- Handling **Customer Complaints, Audits & RCA**
- Team Handling & Quality Team Coordination
- Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions
- Process & Product Quality Improvement
- Continuous Improvement & Rejection Reduction
- In-process & Final Inspection Control

✔ Has practical experience in the **Brass / Precision Machining Industry**
✔ Understands **CNC/Automatic Turning Components** and quality requirements
✔ Can independently handle customer quality issues and documentation
✔ Has solid problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Can lead the quality team and drive a **Zero-Defect / Near-Zero PPM culture**
