Shift: 1 PM-10 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- >Design and develop engaging learning solutions and e-learning content.

- > Create storyboards, scripts, visual aids, and learning materials.

- >Use authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, DominKnow, Vyond, or Synthesia.

- >Apply ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, and Kirkpatricks Evaluation Model.

- > Collaborate with SMEs and Project Managers to deliver learning solutions.

- >Research and implement new learning technologies and methodologies.

Key Skills:

- >Robust instructional design, writing, analytical, and visualization skills.

- >Microsoft Office proficiency.

- > Experience with graphic/video tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Camtasia, or Adobe Premiere is an advantage.

- >Exposure to LxP platforms like Degreed, Udemy, or Coursera is a plus.

Education: Graduate -Fine Arts, English Literature, Mass Communication preferred.
