Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in the Mohali district. The Content Writer will research and develop original articles, opinion pieces, and features aligned with FreeInkPost’s editorial standards and focus on fearless journalism. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating story ideas, conducting background research and interviews, writing and revising content, and adapting material for web publication. The role also involves collaborating with editors, adhering to deadlines, optimizing articles for readability and audience engagement,



and ensuring factual accuracy and clarity in all published work. Qualifications Ability to produce clear, engaging content with strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills. Experience in Research and Content Strategy to develop well-informed, relevant story ideas. Robust attention to detail with solid Proofreading and basic editing capabilities. Knowledge of digital publishing tools, CMS platforms, and best practices for online journalism. Excellent command of written English and the ability to tailor tone and style to different formats. Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated interest in news, current affairs, and investigative or opinion-based writing. Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, collaborate with cross-functional editorial teams, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,148.90 - ₹35,235.08 per month
