Barista – Cafe Durga & Kallol Cafe

We are looking for a skilled, friendly and hardworking Barista (Male & Female) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
- Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee and specialty beverages.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment.
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage bar inventory and ensure availability of ingredients.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth cafe operations.

Requirements:

- Previous Barista/Cafe experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic barista skills.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, polite, punctual and hardworking.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Freshers with a strong interest in learning Barista skills can also apply.
