- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, specifications, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, storage, and preservation of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP and other store management systems.
- Issue materials to production, maintenance, quality, and other departments as per approved requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock verification and support physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper material storage practices wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper handling of automotive components, raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams for material requirements.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue, stock transfer, and other store-related documents.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices within the store and warehouse.
- Follow company safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits related to inventory and stores.
- Prepare daily/monthly inventory and store-related reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
- Knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
- Basic knowledge of automotive components and materials.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of FIFO, 5S, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Logistics teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
