- Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and technical maintenance.
- Experience in IT parks, commercial buildings, or corporate facilities.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and facility issues.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day facility maintenance.
