We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with a solid civil engineering background to oversee the execution of our landscape projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring design intent is implemented on ground, coordinating with contractors and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the design team, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Manage site measurements, BOQ verifications, and material requirements.
- Report progress, issues, and delays regularly to the design team.
- Maintain accurate site records, photographs, and documentation.
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and adapting to design modifications if necessary.
- Monitor workforce productivity and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- 3–5 years of experience in construction or landscape execution (experience in landscape projects is a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings
- Proficiency in basic site-level documentation and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel and work on wide-ranging project sites across South India.
- Knowledge of landscape materials, paving, civil finishes, and water features is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
