A reputed dental studio in Adyar, Chennai is looking for a smart, confident and well spoken Patient Care Executive to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, has excellent communication skills and is strong in follow ups and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient calls and regular follow ups
- Coordinate patient appointments, confirmations, reminders and rescheduling
- Handle pre-treatment and post treatment follow ups
- Follow up with patients regarding pending or incomplete treatments
- Check in with patients after treatment and ensure a positive patient experience
- Handle patient queries professionally and coordinate with the dental team
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, calls and follow ups
- Ensure timely follow up with patients and maintain strong patient relationships
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, confident, presentable and professional
- Patient friendly and courteous communication style
- Strong follow up and coordination skills
- Valuable convincing and relationship building abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in healthcare, dental clinics, hospitals, telecalling, customer service or patient coordination will be an advantage
