Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Siliguri (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full time | Monday - Friday | 10 AM - 7PM
Salary: Negotiable as per industry standards and experience

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Post job openings on various platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
