We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Accounting & Operations Analyst to support our accounting team in managing financial reporting and operational tracking for a portfolio of multi-family apartment residential properties.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience Requirement

- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, reporting, or data analysis preferred.
- Experience in real estate accounting/property management accounting is a plus.
- Fresh graduates will be considered if they have:
- Excellent academic record
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and take ownership

Key Responsibilities

- Track property-level income, expenses, and financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports, expense summaries, and management dashboards.
- Perform bank, tenant ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Review transactions, identify discrepancies, and assist with corrections.
- Generate reports from property management and accounting software.
- Analyze occupancy, leasing, delinquency, maintenance, and expense data.
- Create Excel-based reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
- Assist with vendor invoice review and operational reporting.

Education Qualification

Candidates should have an excellent academic background with a degree in:

- B.Com / Accounting
- MBA Finance




- Computer Science / Information Technology with accounting interest
- Related business or analytical fields

Required Skills

- Strong accounting fundamentals.
- Knowledge of:
- General ledger
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- Expense classification
- Financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills:
- Pivot Tables
- Dashboards
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Experience (Advantage)

- U.S. accounting experience
- Multifamily/property management accounting
- AppFolio, Yardi, RealPage, Buildium, or similar software
- Financial reporting and data analytics
- Power BI or automation tools

Compensation

Compensation will be based on skills, qualifications, academic background, and experience.

- Starting compensation: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 Lakhs per year depending on experience
