Budha Dal Public School Zirakpur is looking for a Marketing Executive – School Admissions to support the school’s admissions and promotional activities.

The candidate will be responsible for generating admission enquiries, following up with prospective parents, promoting the school in the local market, and supporting various marketing and admission campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate enquiries for new student admissions.
- Follow up with parents through phone calls, WhatsApp and in-person meetings.
- Explain the school’s facilities, admission process, fee structure and academic offerings to interested parents.
- Conduct local marketing and promotional activities in Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and nearby areas.
- Visit residential societies, local businesses, institutes and other relevant locations for school promotion.
- Support school events, admission drives, exhibitions and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups and admission leads.
- Coordinate with the admission and school administration team.
- Assist with social media and digital marketing activities when required.




- Work towards monthly admission and enquiry targets.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with parents and prospective students.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field marketing and local travel.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, email and MS Office.
- Previous experience in school admissions, education, sales, marketing or counselling will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person – Zirakpur, Punjab
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Salary will depend on previous salary, relevant experience, skills and interview performance.

Experience: Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply. Candidates with previous experience in school admissions, education counselling, sales or marketing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,795.39 per month
