Job Description

FortuMars AI Technologies and Business Solutions is looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

The role includes practical training and hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, graphic design, video editing, AI tools, and basic SEO.

The first 3 months will be a training and evaluation period. After successfully completing the training period, candidates will be offered a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹20,000, based on their skills, performance, and overall contribution.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posts, reels, and marketing content
- Manage social media accounts and content calendars
- Create graphics using Canva
- Edit short-form videos and reels
- Use AI tools for content creation and marketing
- Perform basic SEO activities
- Write captions, promotional content, and ad copies
- Research social media and digital marketing trends
- Communicate with clients and understand their requirements
- Support digital marketing campaigns and marketing activities
- Monitor content performance and prepare basic reports

Candidates with good on-camera confidence and presentation skills will have an additional opportunity to work as a Video Presenter.

This may include:

- Presenting promotional videos
- Creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Educational and marketing videos
- Product/service presentations
- Client-facing video content

Video presentation is an additional advantage and not mandatory for the core Digital Marketing role.

Training & Evaluation

The first 3 months will be a training and evaluation period, during which candidates will receive practical exposure to real digital marketing projects.
