About the Role:

We are looking for experienced and passionate Freelance Data Analyst Mentors to support learners through structured training, doubt-solving, assignments, projects, and one-on-one/group mentorship sessions.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Programming, Machine Learning, and AI, along with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical, and learner-friendly manner.

Candidates with a combination of industry experience and training/mentoring experience will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for learners in Data Analytics and related technologies.
- Provide doubt-solving and mentorship support during and after training sessions.
- Explain technical concepts using practical examples, real-world use cases, and hands-on exercises.
- Guide learners with assignments, case studies, portfolios, and industry-oriented projects.
- Review learner submissions and provide constructive feedback.
- Support learners in understanding and applying analytical methodologies and tools.
- Help learners troubleshoot technical issues and resolve queries related to projects and assignments.
- Conduct sessions in both English and Hindi, depending on learner requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and industry practices in Data Analytics, BI, Machine Learning, and Generative/Agentic AI.
- Maintain a professional and learner-centric approach throughout the engagement.

Required Technical Skills:





The mentor should have strong practical and theoretical knowledge of several of the following areas:

- Advanced Excel
- Power BI
- Tableau
- SQL
- Statistics
- Python for Data Analytics
- Machine Learning
- Generative AI
- Agentic AI
- Deep Learning
- Data Visualization
- Other relevant Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI, and visualization tools will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, BI professional, Analytics professional, Trainer, Mentor, or Consultant.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or conducting corporate/academic sessions in Data Analytics or related technologies is mandatory.
- Solid hands-on/project experience in Data Analytics and related technologies.
- Experience working with real-world datasets and business use cases.
- Candidates with both industry and training/mentoring experience will be preferred.

Language Requirements:

The candidate must be proficient in:

- English
- Hindi

The mentor should be comfortable conducting training sessions, explaining concepts, and addressing learner queries in both languages.

Availability:

The mentor should have flexibility to conduct sessions within the following time windows:

Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Weekends: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM





The selected mentors should be able to accommodate sessions and mentorship support based on batch schedules and learner requirements.
