Roles and Responsibility:

1. Own End-to-End Experience Delivery Take overall accountability for operational delivery across the company's experiences and ensure every program is executed safely, efficiently and consistently. Build a scalable operating model covering planning, resource deployment, training, partner coordination, execution and post-program review. Establish transparent operating standards, SOPs, service levels and escalation mechanisms across locations.

2. Build Safety as an Operating Discipline Own the safety governance framework across adventure programs and operating locations. Ensure safety protocols, risk assessments, equipment standards, incident reporting, emergency response processes and operating certifications are defined and consistently implemented. Build a culture where safety and guest experience reinforce each other rather than operate as separate priorities.

3. Lead Workforce Planning & Deployment Own workforce capacity planning across programs, locations and seasons. Ensure the right instructors, trainers, program delivery teams and operational resources are available based on business demand. Build systems for workforce forecasting, deployment, utilisation and productivity.

4. Build & Lead the Operations Organisation Develop the next layer of operations leadership and create clear accountability across teams. Lead and integrate the operations ecosystem covering technical/non-technical training, program delivery,



workforce allocation, travel operations, parks and partner operations. Coach managers and operating teams to move from task execution towards ownership of outcomes.

5. Drive Parks & Partner Operations Ensure operational readiness and service delivery across our parks and partner properties. Partner with the Parks Supply & Operations team to establish operational standards for recent locations, assess partner readiness and ensure successful launch and ongoing delivery. Support expansion of the partner property portfolio across experiential destinations and non-traditional accommodation formats.

6. Strengthen Holiday & Third-Party Experience Operations Build strong operational systems for curated holidays, group travel and third-party experiences. Ensure itineraries, accommodation, transportation, vendors, workforce and experience delivery come together seamlessly. Work closely with partner teams to create experiences that are operationally viable, commercially sensible and differentiated for the customer.

7. Build Operational Excellence & Governance Create dashboards and review mechanisms covering safety and incidents, program delivery, customer experience, manpower utilisation, capacity planning, partner performance, operational costs, vendor performance, service quality and program efficiency. Conduct regular operating reviews and ensure identified gaps translate into corrective actions.

8. Manage Scale & Seasonal Complexity Build operating capacity ahead of demand rather than reacting to demand. Anticipate seasonal peaks, destination requirements, workforce needs and operating constraints. Develop contingency plans for weather,



workforce shortages, partner issues, travel disruptions and other operational risks.

Candidate Profile

- Approximately 12–15 years of experience, with substantial leadership responsibility in operations.
- Strong background in leisure hospitality, resorts, destination operations, experiential hospitality or largescale experience businesses.
- Experience in resort operations/openings, multi-location operations, guest experience, partner property management, large-scale manpower deployment or experiential travel is highly relevant.
- Premium leisure/resort/experiential hospitality background preferred; conventional business-hotel operations alone would not be sufficient for this role. Exposure to group tour, MICE or travel operations would be an advantage.

The person should be a builder, not merely an administrator. They should be equally comfortable spending time at an operating location understanding what is going wrong on the ground and sitting with leadership designing the operating model required for the next phase of growth. We needs someone who can bring structure without bureaucracy, safety without compromising experience, and scale without compromising quality. Strong people leadership, commercial orientation, crisis management capability, process thinking and the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment will be critical.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
