About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Tech Team and take ownership of ReeRoute’s product development and improvement. The candidate will work closely with the Founders/Management, Operations, Traffic, Tracking, Onboarding, Sales, and Technology teams to understand business requirements and convert them into scalable technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong product thinking, business understanding, communication, and project management skills, preferably with experience in Logistics, Transportation, FTL, SaaS, or B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product roadmap, priorities, and feature development.
- Understand business and operational requirements from different departments.
- Convert business requirements into clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Work closely with UI/UX, Developers, QA, and Tech Leads for product development.
- Define feature requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes.
- Prioritize product features based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Monitor product development progress and communicate updates to management.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with internal users and customers.
- Identify product gaps and suggest improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Analyze product usage, performance, and user feedback to make data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate UAT, testing, product launches, and post-launch improvements.
- Prepare product documentation, process flows, SOPs, and feature specifications.

- Vehicle Onboarding
- Traffic / Load Allocation

- Driver/Transporter Management
- Customer Management

- Pricing & Freight Management
- Accounts & Payments
- Reports & Dashboards

Key Skills Required

- Strong understanding of Product Management lifecycle.
- Requirement gathering and analysis.
- PRD, BRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Product roadmap and sprint planning.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and API workflows.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Ability to work with developers and understand technical requirements.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and product analytics.

Preferred Technical Understanding

The candidate does not necessarily need to be a developer, but should understand:

- Web & Mobile Applications
- REST APIs
- Database concepts
- PostgreSQL / SQL basics
- React / Node.js basics
- Cloud & deployment concepts
- Git / GitHub
- Jira or similar project-management tools
- Analytics and reporting

Preferred Industry Experience

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA / Product Management certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

3–6 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be someone who can understand the business problem, communicate it clearly to the Tech Team, and ensure that the final product solves the actual business requirement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
