About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Operations Executive to support day-to-day delivery and

fulfillment operations. The role focuses on coordinating with delivery partners, Fulfillment

Centre (FC) teams and internal Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, timely

deliveries and resolution of operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. PO Fulfillment

 Monitor and track daily Purchase Orders (POs).

 Coordinate with relevant teams for timely PO fulfillment.

 Follow up on pending or delayed orders.

 Maintain accurate PO and fulfillment trackers.

 Escalate issues affecting fulfillment to the reporting manager.

2. Delivery Coordination

 Coordinate with delivery partners and FC teams for smooth and timely deliveries.

 Track order and delivery status regularly.

 Follow up on delayed, pending or failed deliveries.

 Ensure alignment between internal teams and delivery partners.

 Maintain delivery issue records and resolution status.

3. Delivery Escalations

 Handle day-to-day delivery-related escalations.

 Coordinate with delivery partners and FC teams for resolution.

 Follow up until issues are closed.

 Maintain an escalation tracker.

 Escalate unresolved or critical matters to the reporting manager.

4. RTO / RTV Management

 Track RTO (Return to Origin) and RTV (Return to Vendor) cases.

 Coordinate with concerned teams for resolution.

 Maintain proper records of RTO/RTV cases.

 Follow up on pending returns and ensure timely closure.

 Identify recurring operational issues and report them.

5. Claims Management

 Support delivery and operational claims.

 Coordinate for required documents and information.

 Maintain claim records and trackers.

 Follow up with concerned partners/teams on pending claims.





 Ensure claims are followed through to closure.

6. Internal & External Coordination

 Coordinate with FC teams, delivery partners and internal Operations teams.

 Ensure timely communication regarding operational issues.

 Follow up on pending actions and maintain proper records.

 Support the Operations team in resolving day-to-day challenges.

7. MIS & Tracking

 Maintain daily/weekly operational trackers.

 Prepare basic reports for PO fulfillment, delivery status, escalations, RTO/RTV and

claims.

 Keep trackers updated and information accurate.

 Share regular updates with the reporting manager.

Requirements

 0–2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, E-commerce Operations, Fulfillment or

a similar role.

 Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

 Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

 Good communication and follow-up skills.

 Strong attention to detail.

 Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and external partners.

 Good organisational and time-management skills.

 Comfortable in a quick-paced operational environment.

 Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks through closure.

What We Are Looking For

A responsible and proactive junior team member who is comfortable with regular follow-

ups, coordination and tracking, and who takes ownership of operational issues through

closure. This role is an opportunity to build a career in Operations, Fulfillment and Logistics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
