About the Role

Mores Techno Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer who can conceptualize, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for our digital marketing, branding, and real estate campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visuals, storytelling, composition, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and produce professional video content for social media, marketing campaigns, property promotions, and corporate branding.
- Handle camera equipment, lighting, audio, and other production accessories.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor video shoots as required.
- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to understand content requirements.
- Create engaging reels, promotional videos, property walkthroughs, interviews, corporate videos, and social media content.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, sound quality, and overall visual quality during shoots.
- Assist in developing creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Coordinate with video editors to ensure the final output meets creative and brand requirements.
- Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and video assets.
- Stay updated with current video trends, social media formats, and content styles.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned video projects.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience as a Videographer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and other video equipment.
- Good understanding of camera angles, composition, lighting, and storytelling.
- Experience in shooting social media content, reels, promotional videos, and corporate videos.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is preferred.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shoots and projects within deadlines.
- Candidates with real estate, digital marketing, advertising, or media experience will be preferred.
