Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor with strong civil knowledge and experience in interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at our project sites, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

- Supervise and coordinate all site activities, including civil and interior work.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and standards on-site.

Worker Management:

- Manage and direct the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
- Provide guidance and support to workers, ensuring efficient and effective task execution.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.

Client Interaction:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.

Quality Control:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Identify and rectify any deficiencies or deviations from the project plan.



o Maintain detailed records of work progress and any issues encountered.
- Logistics and Coordination: o Manage the delivery and storage of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of resources.
- Ensure efficient use of materials and minimize wastage.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in civil and interior site supervision.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and interior design execution.

Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements:

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Must possess own transportation.

Preferred Candidates:

- Ready to work with any site in Kerala
- Strong interest in advancing their design career
