Job Summary : Lead and Manage IGA Saviynt team

Job Description : • 8+ years of experience in supporting Saviynt identity and access management (IAM) solutions, responsible for resolving complex technical issues, architecting solutions, and ensuring the success of our clients\\\' IAM implementations.\\r\\nGeneral Description\\r\\n• Resolution of highly complex technical issues related to Saviynt\\\'s platform.\\r\\n• Maintain and monitor existing Saviynt integrations, workflows and configurations \\r\\n• Support JDBC and API based application onboarding by performing testing and resolving the issues \\r\\n• Knowledge of Saviynt connectors for various applications, ensuring seamless integration and access governance. Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize connector performance.\\r\\n• Join major incident management bridge in case of P1 issues \\r\\n• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from L2, ensuring timely resolution\\r\\n• Provide support for complex user/access provisioning issues \\r\\n• Troubleshoot any integration/connector related issues \\r\\n• Fix issues related to approval and request based workflows\\r\\n• Analyze trends in incidents management to identify causes and propose long term solution \\r\\n• Perform root cause analysis for P1 & P2 issues, fix them and update SOPs\\r\\n• Ensuring all the IAM services are up and running and proactively monitor Saviynt EIC services \\r\\n• Support L2 resource for any issues which require heavy configuration changes\\r\\n• Assist in debugging and troubleshooting issues, including collaboration with technology vendors\\r\\n• Act as single point of contact for HP\\r\\n• Provide continuous improvement ideas\\r\\n• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients,



ensuring their IAM needs are met.\\r\\n• Mentor and train support teams on architectural best practices and innovative solution design.\\r\\nTechnical Requirements\\r\\n• Profound expertise in Saviynt\\\'s IAM platform, including in-depth knowledge of configurations, integrations, and customization.\\r\\n• Advanced understanding of IAM technologies, concepts, and best practices.\\r\\n• Strong experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within Saviynt.\\r\\n• Proven ability to architect and design innovative solutions based on Saviynt to meet unique client requirements.\\r\\n• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Saviynt\\\'s IAM systems at an architectural level.\\r\\n• Comprehensive knowledge of scripting languages and tools for automating IAM processes.\\r\\n• Expertise in access control, security protocols, and IAM administration.\\r\\n• Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance standards relevant to IAM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or similar regulations.\\r\\n• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and other authentication protocols.\\r\\nSoft Skills\\r\\n• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.\\r\\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.\\r\\n• Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor support teams.\\r\\n• Creativity and adaptability to architect cutting-edge solutions to complex IAM challenges.\\r\\n• Dedication to providing excellent customer service and technical support.\\r\\n• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural designs and solutions.\\r\\n• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing tight schedules for multiple deadlines.\\r\\nCertifications (Preferred)\\r\\n• Saviynt L100, L200 trainings\\r\\n• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)\\r\\nEducational Qualifications\\r\\n• University degree in IT or/and IT Security\\r\\n
