We are seeking an experienced Python Django professional to lead our backend engineering efforts. In this role, you will architect and implement scalable web applications, guide development teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of technical solutions. You will collaborate across product, design, and QA teams while driving engineering best practices and team growth.

Duties & Responsibilities : -

End-to-end Django project development

Design scalable back ends & REST APIs

Conduct code reviews & mentor team members

Collaborate with product, design and QA teams

Ensure CI/CD, Testing and performance optimization

Stay updated on tech trends

Requirements :-

5+ years of experience in backend development with at least 2 years in a team lead role

Strong with Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Fast API & FLASK is a plus

Valuable grasp of frontend tech (HTML, CSS,



JS; React/Angular a plus)

Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD and cloud platforms

Excellent leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
