Political Science Teacher

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Political Science Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make political science engaging and accessible to students.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Political Science to students according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Explain concepts related to political theory, Indian government and politics, constitutional studies, international relations, and related topics.
- Assess student learning through tests, assignments, projects, and classroom participation.
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom setting.




- Stay updated with relevant developments in political science and current affairs.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, academic activities, and school events as required.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Political Science or a related field.
- B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to use modern teaching methods and digital learning tools.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.
