Is a Bangalore based experiential marketing and event management company specializing in mall activations, décor installations, and brand engagement events across India. Founded in 2015, the company has successfully executed 5000+ projects for 150+ brands, creating innovative experiences that drive customer engagement and footfalls.

We are looking for a proactive Senior Executive – Client Servicing / Operations to manage client communication and coordinate projects from brief to execution. The role sits at the heart of our client accounts — acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring every project moves smoothly from the first brief to post-event closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships and daily communication.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Track projects, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Creative, Production, Accounts, vendors, and clients.
- Support proposals, presentations, meetings, and site visits.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth project execution.




- Maintain project records and support post-event feedback.
- Use AI tools and digital resources for concept development, research, presentations, and day-to-day work.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in client servicing, operations, events, or experiential marketing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience in events, branding, mall décor, or BTL marketing is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
