We're looking for a detail-oriented Junior Finance Associate to support day-to-day finance operations. The role centers on bookkeeping in Zoho Books, alongside reconciliations, vendor payments, and compliance support in the finance function of a fast-moving startup.

What You'll Do

Bookkeeping

- Record day-to-day financial transactions in Zoho Books — sales, purchases, expenses, and payments
- Maintain ledgers, vendor bills, and customer invoices
- Prepare bank reconciliations and match payments and receipts
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and flag overdue items proactively
- Prepare vendor payments for review and maintain expense/reimbursement records
- Maintain supporting documentation (invoices, receipts,



agreements) for audit readiness

Finance Operations

- Support vendor onboarding and payment processing
- Track outstanding receivables and payables
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and data as needed
- Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records

Compliance Support

- Track statutory compliance timelines (GST, TDS, PF/ESI) and maintain compliance calendars
- Prepare data and documentation required for statutory filings and audits

What We're Looking For

- B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter, with 3+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books or QuickBooks
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
