We are looking for a MEP Technician to handle the inspection, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other facility systems at our manufacturing facility.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that essential factory utilities and equipment are maintained safely and are available for smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform regular inspection and maintenance of mechanical , electrical and plumbing systems.
- Attend and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
- Maintain electrical panels, wiring, lighting, generator/DG set and backup systems.
- Maintain HVAC, air-conditioning, ventilation, compressors, pumps and motors.
- Handle plumbing, water supply, tanks, pumps, drainage and sewage-related maintenance.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of MEP systems and factory utilities.
- Check and maintain fire protection and emergency systems.
- Monitor basic lift operation and coordinate with the authorized service provider when required.
- Identify technical problems and carry out necessary repair and corrective work.
- Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external technicians and service providers for specialized work.




- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and on time.
- Report major technical issues, safety concerns and pending maintenance requirements to management.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, MEP or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing maintenance.
- Experience in factory, industrial, commercial or facility maintenance will be preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and attend technical breakdowns.
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety practices.
- Responsible, practical and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with service providers.
