- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase hospital revenue and patient footfall.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and referral partners.
- Develop and strengthen doctor referral networks.
- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other potential referral sources.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, packages, and treatment facilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential referral partners.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, doctor meets, CME programs, and community outreach activities.
- Develop corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, OPD, Reception, Billing, and Clinical teams for smooth patient conversion and service delivery.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, enquiries, and prospective patients.
- Monitor patient referrals, appointments, conversions,



and revenue generated through business development activities.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, referrals, leads, meetings, and business activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Handle feedback and relationship management with referral partners.
- Support hospital branding, promotional campaigns, and special events.
- Ensure all business development activities follow hospital policies and ethical healthcare practices.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management / Hospital Director.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
