i2ifunding is an RBI-registered NBFC-P2P lending platform that connects verified borrowers with investors and provides investors with alternative investment opportunities through its peer-to-peer lending platform.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Investor Relationship Manager to manage and build strong relationships with existing and prospective investors. The candidate will be responsible for understanding investor requirements, providing product and investment-related information, ensuring a smooth investor experience, and supporting investor engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Understand investor requirements, investment preferences, and risk profiles.
- Explain i2ifunding's investment products, processes, and platform features to investors.
- Handle investor queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective investors and convert leads into active investors.
- Maintain regular communication with investors and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist investors with account registration, KYC, fund transfer, and other platform-related processes.
- Track investor activity and follow up for reinvestment and portfolio engagement.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve investor-related issues and queries.
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare and share regular reports related to investor engagement and performance.
- Ensure all investor communication follows company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Banking, Financial Services, Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of financial products and investment concepts.
- Robust customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM tools will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in FinTech, NBFC, P2P lending, Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong experience in handling HNI/retail investors or financial-service customers will be an added advantage.
