Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to oversee civil construction, maintenance, and infrastructure development activities related to crusher plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and timely execution of civil works associated with crushing, screening, and material handling facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction works at crusher plant sites.
- Monitor construction of foundations, retaining walls, roads, drainage systems, and plant structures.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and mining teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress of ongoing civil works.
- Prepare project estimates, BOQs, material requirements, and work schedules.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site labor.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Verify measurements and certify contractor bills.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Identify and resolve construction-related issues at the site.




- Monitor maintenance and repair activities of plant civil structures.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in crusher plants, mining projects, quarries, cement plants, or industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of RCC structures, steel structures, foundations, roads, and drainage systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Understanding of industrial safety standards and site management practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
