Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day factory operations, manpower, production-related activities, dispatch coordination, and shop-floor discipline. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good labour-handling capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily factory and shop-floor activities.
- Manage and allocate manpower/labour according to daily work requirements.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, work allocation, and discipline of workers.
- Coordinate dispatch activities, including material readiness, packing, loading, and documentation.
- Maintain and update daily production, dispatch, manpower, and inventory-related records in Advanced Excel.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and operational data.
- Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned production and dispatch targets.




- Handle labour-related issues and maintain a productive work environment.
- Monitor shop-floor housekeeping, safety, and adherence to company procedures.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
- Ensure materials and finished goods are properly handled and dispatched as per requirements.

Required Skills

- Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, formulas, and MIS reporting.
- Strong labour handling and manpower management skills.
- Good knowledge of dispatch and material handling processes.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple factory activities simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a manufacturing/factory environment will be preferred.

Experience & Qualification

- Experience: 3–7 years in factory supervision, manufacturing, production, dispatch, or a related role.
- Qualification: Diploma / Graduate preferred.
- Candidates with experience in automobile, engineering, or auto-component manufacturing will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

- Responsible and disciplined with a hands-on approach.
- Comfortable working on the shop floor and managing workers.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
