Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Student Counsellor to join our Study Abroad Consultancy. The candidate will guide students who are interested in pursuing higher education abroad and assist them throughout the counselling, university selection, application, and admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities abroad.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and financial preferences.
- Provide information about countries, universities, courses, eligibility, tuition fees, and intakes.
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses and universities.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Assist students with the application and admission process.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams regarding applications and admissions.
- Guide students regarding required documents and application procedures.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-up details.
- Work towards counselling and admission targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling and convincing skills.
- Interest in the overseas education sector.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
