About the Role

We are looking for a HR Intern – Recruiter to support our HR team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and HR activities.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with prior recruitment internship experience are welcome.
