Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of BFSI sales experience
- Housing Finance / Home Loan / Mortgage / Banking experience preferred
- Team handling and channel sales experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Home Loan sales and achieve targets
- Manage customers and Channel Partners
- Generate leads and develop business
- Lead and monitor the sales team
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Legal teams
- Manage collections and portfolio quality
