As Operations Associate, you are the face and backbone of Soul Travel on the ground. You’ll host and manage experiences across Goa, acting as an ambassador for the brand. When not on-field, you’ll research Goa deeply and write/refine scripts that turn facts into memorable stories.

· Lead and host tours, walks, and curated experiences across Goa.

· Represent Soul Travel as a warm, knowledgeable, and reliable ambassador.

· Manage on-ground operations: guest meetups, timings, transport, vendors, entries, and safety.

· Deliver engaging narratives that blend storytelling with accurate facts.

· Handle guest questions, special requests, and unexpected issues calmly.

· Coordinate with local partners, guides, drivers, and venues.

· Ensure every experience runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

· Collect guest feedback, photos, and insights for continuous improvement.

· Support events, partnerships, and pop-up experiences when needed.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
