Sterling Travel and Tourism is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Holiday Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of holiday packages, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle domestic and international holiday package enquiries.
* Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, and budgets.
* Design customized holiday packages and detailed travel itineraries.
* Prepare quotations and present suitable travel options to customers.
* Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
* Coordinate with hotels, airlines,
transport providers, and other travel partners.
* Maintain robust relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer service.
* Handle customer queries, complaints, and travel-related issues professionally.
* Manage bookings, travel documents, and itinerary details accurately.
* Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and follow-up records.
* Guide and support junior holiday consultants when required.
* Stay updated on travel destinations, holiday packages, and tourism trends.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
