Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Inspection

- Perform in-process and final quality inspection of packaging machines.
- Verify machine dimensions, assembly quality, wiring, pneumatic fittings, and component installation.
- Ensure all parts are manufactured and assembled as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) before machine delivery.
- Identify defects and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records and inspection reports.

Documentation

- Prepare machine documentation files before dispatch.
- Maintain inspection checklists and quality records.
- Prepare and manage:
- Quality Check Reports
- PDI Reports
- Machine Trial Reports
- Dispatch Checklists
- Material Inspection Reports
- Customer Documentation Files
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain proper document control and revision records.

Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
- Follow up on quality issues and ensure timely closure.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
