- Clean and maintain corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators, and other public areas.
- Assist Room Attendants with cleaning and servicing guest rooms.
- Deliver and collect linen, towels, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
- Remove garbage and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
- Replenish housekeeping trolleys and storage areas.
- Assist with moving furniture, beds, mattresses, and other housekeeping equipment when required.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security standards.
- Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.
- Support the housekeeping team during busy periods and special events.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual work.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Good communication and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping procedures is an advantage.
