Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with 12+ years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or architectural consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design, coordination, and execution activities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design and development for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Prepare and review concept designs, schematic designs, working drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and other consultants.
- Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, design intent, and project requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor architectural execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review material samples, finishes, mock-ups, and architectural details.
- Identify design and execution issues and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, local regulations, RERA requirements, and statutory approvals.
- Coordinate with consultants and relevant authorities for approvals and documentation.
- Monitor design revisions and assess their impact on project timelines and costs.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical guidance to architects and design teams.




- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of architectural deliverables.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and technical specifications.
- Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining design quality and project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in residential and large-scale real estate projects.
- Experience with architectural design, construction detailing, and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
- Positive understanding of structural and MEP coordination.
- Knowledge of building regulations, statutory approvals, and approval processes.
- Strong project coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within defined timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience in high-rise residential apartments, townships, commercial developments, or mixed-use projects.
- Prior experience with a real estate developer or construction company will be preferred.
- Proven experience handling projects from concept and design development through execution and completion.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and on-site execution.
