Job Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair industrial instruments and control systems.
- Perform calibration of pressure, temperature, flow, level, and analytical instruments.
- Troubleshoot transmitters, control valves, switches, sensors, PLC/DCS/SCADA-related instrumentation.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation equipment.
- Read and interpret P&IDs;, instrument loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and datasheets.
- Conduct loop checking, instrument testing, and commissioning activities.
- Maintain calibration records, maintenance reports, and equipment history.
- Identify instrument faults and coordinate with the maintenance/operations team for timely rectification.
- Follow plant safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and applicable standards.




- Maintain tools, test equipment, and spare parts required for instrumentation work

Required Skills

- Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and calibration techniques.
- Hands-on experience with transmitters, control valves, sensors, switches, and gauges.
- Basic knowledge of PLC/DCS systems.
- Ability to use instruments such as a multimeter, loop calibrator, pressure calibrator, and HART communicator.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of electrical and process safety requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
