We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function, strengthen financial controls, ensure compliance, and provide financial insights to support business growth and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Accounting & Reporting

* Lead day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations

* Manage monthly, quarterly & annual book closures

* Review P&L;, Balance Sheet and financial statements

* Maintain accurate, audit-ready books

MIS & Business Analysis

* Prepare monthly MIS and management reports

* Analyse sales, margins, expenses and profitability

* Identify trends, variances and financial risks

Budgeting & Cash Flow

* Lead budgeting and forecasting

* Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables and payables

* Support business projections and financial decisions





TAX & AUDIT

* Oversee GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance

* Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits

* Work with auditors, consultants and advisors

CONTROLS & COST MANAGEMENT

* Strengthen financial controls, policies and SOPs

* Identify risks and cost-saving opportunities

* Drive process improvements and profitability

TEAM MANAGEMENT

* Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team

* Monitor deliverables, performance and deadlines

* Promote accuracy and accountability

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
